1) Write the universal BootROM emulator to a floppy disk. It includes drivers for most popular network cards. Download ebnet522.img wtware.ru/files/ebnet522.img , a floppy image with the universal Etherboot bootloader and the rawwritewin-0.7.zip wtware.ru/files/rawwritewin-0.7.zip program to write the image to a floppy disk. If this bootloader cannot determine the network card, you will have to pick up another image written specifically for the existing card wtware.ru/netman/netman2.html#select_rom.
2) try Smart Boot Manager btmgr.sourceforge.net/about.html
3) same as 1 but from CD, flash or hdd.

1. boot from CD and start installation over the network)
I did this, but due to the fact that the drive was not dvd and very bad, it was only barely possible to boot from it.
2. Put another network card.
