I am creating a site-copy, how to make it so that search engines perceive it normally?

I have a website that I managed to promote in a competitive and profitable niche. The site is something like an aggregator-catalog of certain products.

I decided to make two copies of my own site under other domains (to take the TOP also with other sites). Leave the same structure there. But the content should be unique. And change the design. Not much, the new sites will look similar to the old one, but they will look original. I plan to add sites to the metrics, webmaster, search console, etc. from a separate VPS, visible from separate Yandex and Google accounts.

But in fact, the code itself inside and the layout style on the site remain the same. Therefore, search engines will see that the sites are very similar, despite the original content. And the plus and structure will be similar

Is there a risk that search engines will perceive sites as a copy? are there any standard steps for making the layout unique so that it does not look so similar.

If you are afraid for the uniqueness of the layout, then search engines will not give a ban for this, because a lot of sites work on standard themes of WordPress, Opencart and other CMS, the main thing is to make the name, phone numbers, contacts and location map unique....

Then nobody would use Bootstrap. Since their html markup with non-unique classes sticks out from every pixel of the monitor.
Yandex\Google will promote your site if it is useful for its content to the target audience. But, to be sure, spread your copy sites to different hostings, and to different Yandex webmaster accounts, this will help minimize the fear that the robot will go to sites with the same IP address and host, and see the same markup.
PS: this may not be necessary, since no one will tell you the working algorithms of Google and Yandex, you can only guess about them.
