I accidentally deleted a file, how do I get it back?

Goodnight. I use Outlook Express at the request of my superiors. This morning I accidentally deleted the inbox.dbx file, later all letters disappeared from the Inbox folder. Tell me, is there a way to help restore outlook express?

Do you have your own mail server? Exchange. If yes, the Exchange admins will help.
And if not, you can try OE-Mail Recovery

If your Outlook Express stores files on the same partition where OS and other programs can write, then I would first of all advise you to turn off the computer so that the remote inbox.dbx is not overwritten by other files.
Connect the disk to a computer with a working OS, download the free R.saver program and run a full scan.
First make sure that no programs or operating systems write / will not write anything to the partition where inbox.dbx was stored, and do not save anything to that partition yourself (including the archive with the program).
If we are talking about the SSD, prepare in advance and do not turn it on in vain - the TRIM command can erase data irretrievably. You must either act quickly or turn it off.
If you need more detailed instructions, watch the video about recovering deleted files , or write here in the comments.
