Hyper-V: how to fix error when creating External switch?

Hyper-V

In HyperV I'm trying to create an external switch.
When creating, it gave various errors, at the moment it gives ... element not found

Tried:
- use a microsoft fix
- update the card driver from the manufacturer's website
- add and remove from the bridge, before creating
- delete the bridge
- add an internal card to the bridge - (added but the Internet disappears)

everything that I found on the Internet

How to fix this error?
