How to add a railway to a hyper-v cluster?

There is a disk shelf and two win 2016 servers combined into a hyper-v cluster, a virtual machine with a common hard drive was installed on it, unknowingly I accidentally deleted this hard drive from the cluster, the virtual machine now works outside the cluster, but only on one server, how to add it back to the cluster now this HDD, the entire Internet rummaged through, did not find anything, or is it possible to at least somehow copy the HDD, which is outside the cluster in the HDD cluster?
