In the future, turning off the Internet, so I want to save especially important articles locally. This applies, in particular, to habr. Of the programs that allow you to automatically save entire sites or by rule, I know httrack, but some difficulties arose.

Throw, please, literature, preferably Russian. In particular, the following are of interest:
1) download speed limit: how to set and how to remove this limit.
2) when trying to restore the download (after interruption / rebooting the system / etc.) with the -i or -w switches, a buffer overflow error is thrown, the text of which I can additionally give.
3) how to save habr correctly?
