Hp proliant dl380g3 non system disk or disk error?

The hp proliant dl 380 g3 server fell into the hands. Well, I think, now I'll install win server 2008, raise csgo server and ts and start playing with the guys.
But it was not there. It turned out that there are 3 discs in the basket and they are all mixed. I went into the configuration to check the logical drives, as it turned out they were not there. Merged 3 disks into a raid5 array. Created a logical drive.
Now in bios I set the boot order in the sequence cd diskC floppy.
Rebooted the server.

Processes 2
Controller 1 logical drive
I'm waiting for a minute.
A message pops up: non system disk or disk error
Insert a disk and press any key.
PS I tried to install 2008, 2003.

And most importantly, out of 2 PSUs, one dead one is indicated by the indicator on the front panel.

For Windows, you still need to slip the driver onto the RAID controller. I downloaded from the site. And it is necessary to boot from the Media with the installation, and not from an empty disk. If it doesn't boot from the CD then the CD is probably dead.
