How to painlessly move the users folder from drive C to any other drive using GPO or PSll?

Colleagues, comrades, the essence of the issue is simple and at the same time complex, there is a RDP server on which users work, during monitoring it turned out that the load on the disk exceeds the norm, as a result, delays and troubles are obtained towards the IT department .... in order to unload the disk and save user data , I would like to move at least part of it to another disk. Prompt it becomes means of GPO or PSll and how? There is no need to give "fish", a "fishing rod" will be enough)))

@akelsey

try:
mklink -j c:\users x:\users
everything should work, but first test on something smaller.
