GPO folders, deletion, transfer?
Good afternoon!
With the new security regulations, the company has to pervert and look for solutions for implementation.
What is the essence:
Each user has a folder, let it be "Documents", in which he stores his work files.
1. This folder should be synchronized to the server when the user exits, but only if this exit is carried out after a certain time, say after 18.00, so as not to load the channel when he sat down in the toilet or went on a smoke break
2. After synchronization, this folder and all others specified, such as Desktop, Downloads, etc., should be cleared from the user's work machine
3. The files should be uploaded back to the user's Documents folder the next time they log in. It should also work as a redirected one, that is, it should be loaded on any PC that user
4 has logged into. During synchronization, filters should work that prohibit mp3, avi, and so on, that is, all other files are synchronized, and these are ignored and, accordingly, in the future are deleted in connection with point 2
Something like this
PS I would like to use as few scripts as possible, but I understand that without them it is not feasible
PSS I do not expect a complete solution, I need help with poking my face into specific and not very specific solutions of the cases described

no need to fence towns with scripts and copy back and forth. everything is ready for a long time, just use it.
theory , practice . yet .
As for garbage like .mp3, it would be wiser to ban it altogether in documents, let them store it in a separate trash heap at home.
