I am developing a website for one university - a service for managing the database of exam questions. The total number of users is about 200 people. It will mainly use Python 3 and Django 1.10. Before this, I had no experience with servers.
So, in fact, the server is an old one from the 2010s Intel Pentium x2 2.6 Ghz + 2Gb RAM + 300 Gb HD 5400 rpm.
Can such a configuration pull the normal operation of this service, provided that the database will increase in size by an average of 1GB per month, and 10,000 records per table?
