How will the RAM work better?

Hello! I ran into a problem, 16GB of RAM is not enough, I ordered 16 more, i.e. I will have 8 + 16 = 24GB.
Firstly, will the laptop work with such a memory config, and secondly, will it not negatively affect performance?

What laptop model? Is there support for more than 16 GB of RAM?
If the operative converges according to the characteristics, then everything is ok. In general xs, little data.

Performance is much more affected by the lack of RAM than its speed.
As for whether it will work or not, it is impossible to say from this screenshot alone.
