How will search engines react to a fallback to http?

Here How to see which Internet providers blocked the site and how to unblock it? described a problem that occurred with the site.
Now I set a reverse redirect from https to http. The site is up and running. But how will search robots react to this, because everywhere the site is added as https ?
I don't want to transfer the site in the webmaster, because the process is long and the RKN will soon remove the block.
