Website move and Google links?

Hello. Need advice... There is a site with unique content. Many links from this site are on the first pages in Google. The site is moving to a new site and a new domain. All content will be migrated, but there is no way to relink links to new links. That is, a new site, a new domain, but all the same content. The old site will be closed. Question:
- How will Google react to this? Will it consider a new site with the same content as duplicate, even though the old site and links indexed by Google will no longer work?
In general, how does Google react to this and what can be done in this situation?
