What are the analogues of Google Contacts?

Hello.
I work for a small company.
Please tell me if you know any service or application for synchronizing contacts like Google Contacts .
Why not arrange this service?
We have about 15 working Android smartphones and it doesn't sync well.
On one phone I changed the First Name Last Name - changed in Google Contacts , changed on the other - Nothing has changed.
I would like to set up one account, and add / change contacts from 1-3 phones and they changed on another.
Or synchronize many accounts of one service and distribute rights, who can change / add, who cannot.
I consider both free andpaid apps/services.

So it's just that most likely the synchronization on the phone did not start on the one where it does not change.
Just start it with your hands
