How/Where can I complain about chrome extension (adware)?

Googling did not find where you can complain about the add-on for the google chrome browser.
The extension is installed by itself (through the installer of other programs), it is not removed.
More than half a million users have been installed.
Replaces search results and most advertising banners, also embeds its own.

virus behavior. No complaint will help. It would help if the extension was in the chrome store

Is there a similar button in the Opera extension store? Didn't see. Show pliz! Or how can I complain about extensions from the Opera store?
