How, where and with what to print a small print run, if you need bright colors?

I only know about screen printing. But it gets too expensive. Perhaps there are other options.
Printers and everyone who faced a similar problem, respond :-)

Can you please clarify what you mean by "colors are pretty bright"? fluorescent?
What material is the print on? Where will it be used (indoor/street) ?
And so either a figure or silk.
