How to make the same printer settings for all users in windows?
Good afternoon,
there is an RDP server (win2003) that users connect to. The RDP server has several local (via TCP-IP) printers, both A4 and specialized for non-standard paper.
Each user that connects via RDP has _his_personal_ printer settings (paper type, margins, resolution, color, etc.). When adding a new printer or a new user, you have to scroll through all the possible print options with your hands and set the correct margins, indents, trays, etc., this seems wrong to me, it takes a lot of extra time.
How to make sure that all users have the SAME print settings (first of all - materials, margins)?

Look in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\DevModes2 branch. Offhand, you can immediately see the size of the paper, the choice of color and others.
