How, when disconnected from the server, do not let it stop processing?

There is a server with Ubuntu on board and a lot of 2080ti. I work with it from under Windows through vpn and jupyter notebook.
When I run ML models, it takes 6-7 hours. But the problem is that if my computer goes to sleep or the connection is lost, then I disconnect from vpn and jupiter, then the virtual machine stops processing.
I think the question is very simple, but how to make it so that if the connection is lost, the server does not stop processing?
So that I can run the model and disconnect from it.
P.s. leaving your always on will not help, as the network disappears regularly.
