How to Zoom in Chrome on Mac with Cmd + Mouse Wheel?

On Linux in Chrome, I could zoom in on pages with Control+wheel. Now on the poppy it does not work, the pages just scroll.
1) Is this a glitch only for me or for everyone?
2) How to zoom on cmd+wheel?

CMD + / CMD - (plus and minus on the keyboard), the wheel does not seem to work

As an option, use bettertouchtool and redefine it in the right programs as you need.
