Tooltipster plugin stopped working?

The tooltipster plugin has recently stopped working ( calebjacob.com/tooltipster/#demos ). I thought the problem was with the update of the navigator.
But as it turned out, the problem is peculiar only to my computer, since on other machines with the same version of the navigator, the problem is not observed.
Only the recent Windows 8.1 preview update fell into suspicion.
Could you check for the problem in Google Chrome and Firefox on Windows 8.1 preview?
Is there any explanation for this anomaly?

PS IE 11 does not suffer from this problem.

Checked - it works. Windows 8.1 x64, Chrome 27.0.1453.116m, Firefox 22.0.
