Google and security certificate?

Google chrome and Firefox today do not want to search through google, but give out this message:
“You tried to go to the site www.google.ru , but were directed to the *.c.docs.google.com server. These kinds of redirects happen because of server configuration errors, or if someone tries to get you to visit a fake (and potentially malicious) copy of the www.google.com page .”
Such an error, as it turned out, is not only for me:

Who else is facing? What is it?

In Opera, the same thing happened. And even on some sites that use +1 widget.
And, suddenly, on Yandex once, perhaps it got out of the advertisement.
Restarting the browser helped.

work both with https and http, both with www and without www (with appropriate redirection)
Certificates are signed by Google itself. the corresponding certificate is in base.
However, I do see a lot of reports that people have problems.
I have two hypotheses:
1 - maybe you didn't update your browser, but Google changed something with signing.
2 - maybe in Ukraine other front-end servers are serving content, which have no problems yet.

MacOSX 10.6.8 with GoogleChrome 27.0.1453.110 was the same.
Might be a coincidence, but I changed my DNS settings to Google Public DNS and the problem went away.
Before that, there was Yandex DNS (77.88.8.7), children in the family. Again, it could be a coincidence.

Mac OS X 10.8.4 Chrome 27 the problem was only with the Drive service. Retracted herself.

There was such a problem in the morning when opening new tabs, now it seems not.
The system is ancient - Ubuntu 8.10, Opera 11.61.
