Will Google ban me for advertising in an app client for a news site?
News site not own. The site has an indication that copying content is allowed with the source indicated. After all, there are sites and applications aggregators with advertising. I would not want to run into a ban from Google.

It's better for you to contact the owners of the news site, not Google. If any actions regarding you and your application are taken, then only after the owners file a complaint.
