This is a normal result. Never mindlessly do whatever pagespeed says.
"Remove the code ..." - more often than not, this is perfectly acceptable.
Even more fonts. Google itself does not recommend doing imports in CSS . (you can google it and see it on their website)

Well, try getting rid of google fonts, all devices have quite decent built-in fonts
