How to write text in one cell after the link so that it is not "underlined" by the link line, and the transition to it via the link does not extend? When I write further text, it is underlined by the link line (the line continues), and the text turns out to be a continuation of the link, and not separately.

There is no such possibility.
You can submit a product improvement suggestion directly from the Google Sheets window.
