I collect full names of people and other data through Google Forms and the form writes them into a Google table.
I really need now that when filling in each field, the form checks whether there is a match in the Google table. Those. with this I check if this person has sent his data before.
And if in all three fields F, I, O there is an exact match, he displayed a message or another instant display option (for example, circled the field in red).
It seems to me that with the help of Google Apps Script it was possible to do this, but I am not strong in programming.

You can't do this with google scripts.
Since the scripts do not have an API interface.
As a very crutch option, you can write a browser extension and suggest that users install it to complete the form.
