How to write a resume when changing the field of activity?

Good afternoon
After 5+ years in 1C, I want to change the scope of work to mobile development (iOS). No commercial experience yet, but some kind of resume is needed. Do I need to describe my experience in 1C and to what extent? Although it doesn’t really intersect, it’s still development, reading someone else’s code, git, code review, teamwork and that’s all, it’s probably not right not to indicate this experience at all, but also to describe in detail what you did and to whom, there is no point?
How would it be better to compose it here? Briefly describe past experience, last place of work and here is my Github with swift projects and here is my application in the appStore?
