What should be in the resume of a novice developer without commercial experience?

Actually, the question is in the header.
If I wrote a couple of pet projects (and then, mostly completed by 80-90 percent), but I have no experience in commercial development (I haven’t worked as a developer yet), then what should I indicate in my resume? Pet projects?

what an idiotic word - pet-projects ... but oh well .. About
15 years ago you were obliged to show the employer the PROJECT you were working on. This is when team development was something far away, and each developer (on the example of the web) was both a programmer and a layout designer and ... a designer. And it was implied that you should show your skills on the example of "your project".
Now if you are asked "show your projects" - you have to run headlong. For the employer will most likely be inadequate.
Now is the time for team decisions, where developers correct shitcode and bugs by 90%, add and rewrite monstrous solutions that have been sawn for years.
Github is often not looked at by anyone, especially if it is not a complete library.
Everything will be decided at the interview. Therefore, as stated above:

You write exactly what you can. You put a tick "little experience / no experience" and actively respond to vacancies.
Do not just wait until they call, but you make a response.

but I have no experience in commercial development

This will kill any resume, even if there are pet projects.
