Good resume tips?

In general, I would like to improve my resume, I have several of them, the total experience is just over 1.5 years in different positions, in different companies, I would like to get advice, in my case it will be a junior language programmer, I have some knowledge in c/c++, c#, delphi, java, sql, html, css, js without frameworks. There is a github, in the resume there is a photo, work experience and higher education, mysql, posgtres databases. Three jobs, I had to work with code every day in only one as a linux c ++ application tester and that was 6 years ago. The last two have ready-made solutions (the first one had ms server, oracle and java servlet, jsp, tomcat). Now there is an oracle, wordpress, hosting database and ms server and squid locale. How would all this be zabatsat so that it is beautiful and respectable?

The question is out of scope.
Read some idiotic articles on hh.ru on this topic.

not a little knowledge, but you don’t know anything at all there. For the first indicator of an IT storyteller is a list of all possible languages, from C to HTML.

Good resume tips?

Delete. After that, go study.
To be honest, I briefly looked at your code on the pros. My assessment: I would not even take an internship. Based on the resume and code examples, you simply don't have the profession-relevant knowledge.

Maybe the problem is that an irrelevant experience is indicated?
Read the vacancy, see what skills the employer needs and write in the resume the experience associated with these skills.
If you don’t want to redo your resume, write briefly in your cover letter that you have experience in such and such key skills.
PS
Very frequent case at work. We are looking for a new employee, for example, middle frontend.
CV with 5 years of experience. We think "Oh, excellent! Our man!". We start reading resumes and go out.
2 years project manager, 1.5 years tester, 1 year webmaster and only 0.5 years frontend with the knowledge we need. It is clear that such a candidate will not be called for an interview.
