Is it worth posting your resume on Avito?

Hello everyone, I live in the region, I made a portfolio for myself and put it in my circle and hh. But Avito has such a pissed resume submission system that you don’t even want to post it there (you can’t link to a portfolio, and other useful things). Is this enough? Or, in addition, is it better to send a resume directly to a web studio in the hope of a feedback? Share the experience of anyone who had such muddied with the search for work in the regions.

Depends on how much you value yourself. Throw in your resume?
Good, worthy companies will never climb there to look for their staff.
Although the other day I heard the news that someone was looking for workers on Tinder ... This is a madhouse.

It will not be worse.

Here you need to look at the availability of relevant vacancies. There are very few vacancies on Avito for web development.
Yes, it will be better.
I can advise you to respond not only to June vacancies + everywhere to demand a test task and ask for feedback.

Is it worth posting your resume on Avito?
Once I asked myself the same question and... I prepared a couple of resumes and posted them, the phones indicated in the resume were under my control and I could monitor the number of incoming calls (at least). I can say that there were exactly zero calls from there in 2 weeks. But, there is one thing - we are talking about specialized vacancies (CVs) in the field of IT. If I posted a resume of a hairdresser, or, say, a driver, on Avito, I think the result would be exactly the opposite.

Keep in mind that when you post your resume on any platform, different social groups of people will read it and they will evaluate your skills and experience in different ways.
Therefore, I would recommend that you rely on any public sites that are not focused on your profile, but look for vacancies on the websites of companies with your specialization and respond to them.
Thus, you yourself will be able to assess the level of the company's requirements for the candidate and the working conditions.
If you work in the region, then it will probably be easier for you to use your resume and portfolio to search for work on freelance exchanges or to look for remote work by directly sending your contacts to companies that are ready to work with remote employees.

You can look for a job on Avito, you should not post a resume.
You understand that there are companies where there is a director who manages the business. He should not delve into the fact that there are some special platforms. He can know FL and Avito at most. Then why not post a job for him on Avito?

If you are looking for a job in a narrow field, then it is not worth it. It is unlikely that a great employer will look for IT workers on Avito.
If you don’t care where the offer comes from and if only it came, then spread it to your health.
IMHO: When I hear the phrase "Resume on Avito", I immediately imagine sub-fence ads with job offers.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
