I have already finished the second year, now I am moving on to the third year, the summer is free, I wanted to find something on the labor market in the specialty I am studying in Moscow. Wrote a resume for an intern position. But no one calls and so on. I think that maybe something is wrong. At the same time, I don’t know what position is better to go for, that’s why I wanted to find an internship in order to improve my skill. It seems that I know how to do a little JS, PHP, C ++, but what is the use of them if there is no commercial experience, but there is experience in solving only university problems. If you can’t write a resume, how to write it correctly, and at the same time, are there any questions to prepare for interviews and what to expect from working in the IT industry?

It's like that, nothing. What html5/css frameworks do you know at what level? What php frameworks do you know at what level? What databases did you work with, at what level?
The portfolio does not contain links to sites that would look live. It also doesn't say what exactly you did there.
If you did these sites in freelance mode, write like that, you worked as a freelancer, from such and such to such and such. Used the following technologies...

Плохо, лучше вообще уберите эту текстовку. Вот представьте вы - работодатель, видите что парень ищет работу в последнее время, вероятно долго, раз написал это о себе, раз так - спец не очень, возможно даже приврал в резюме.
Общие рекомендации: сохраняйте контакты HR-ов, с которыми будете собеседоваться обязательно. Далее сможете при следующем поиске писать к ним на прямую, это здорово экономит время. Не ограничивайтесь 1 сайтом по поиску работы, хотя бы 3-4.

В большинстве своем HR( это гуманитарии) поэтому нужно обращать на это особое внимание, и описывать процессы, свои знания и прочее нужно для " чайников". 80 % моих коллег ищут по словам-маркерам, если они это не видят Ваше резюме рассматриваться не будет, хоть оно и безупречно будет составлено. Поиском в основном занимаются девочки-ресечеры с опытом от 0 до 2 лет. Консультанты к которым Вы попадаете на собеседование поиском либо не занимаются вообще, либо делают это редко.
Правильной формы составления резюме, как таковой не существует.
