Has anyone used Yammer?

Good afternoon. Thinking about internal communication in the company.
In principle, the following is needed:
1) Closed and open chats for different groups with the ability to share documents;
2) The ability to set a task / see who is working on what;
3) A small storage of files / links with access for all employees;
4) Remote access from the workplace.
From what I found on the Internet, Yammer seemed the most interesting.
If anyone used, please tell us about the pluses / minuses you saw.
