How to write a Linux Mint installation USB flash drive that is readable on a MacBook 5.2?

All the manuals on the internet tell how to burn a flash drive with linux from under the poppy axis, but the poppy axis has not been on the macbook for a long time, there is ubuntu. You need to burn a flash drive with Mint from under Mint, which will be read by a poppy book and install the system.
