Linux: how to implement overlapping tiling with regular windows?

Good afternoon.
I'm a big fan of tiling window managers. It is very convenient to work with them. But there are also inconveniences. For example, pop-up informers take up a lot of space and move the main window. Because of this, I have not switched completely to xmonad yet.
I was thinking: "It would be convenient to combine tiling and regular floating windows. For windows to be floating, but it would be possible to place them according to a certain scheme with hot keys. Gnome has the ability to throw windows on desktops, but you can't customize their layout."
Tell me how can this be done? Distributions: ubuntu, debian, arch.

Pytyle does not have the described problem, it is a tiling implementation independent of wm. The author rewrote each new version.
pytyle2 is frequent but heavy.
pytyle3 is low-functional, but light as a feather. and besides, it has a killer feature: it supports a multi-monitor openbox fork, which is why I use it.
Works with any window manager.
But personally, I'm going to switch from KDE + openbox + pytyle to awesome, the problem you describe is not there, the customization is absolute.

Where are they moving O_o
You have some wrong tiled WM. Look at ion3, it is a typical implementation of tiling, nothing moves anywhere)
In general, in all tiled WMs there is something in the spirit of "dangling windows", they are suspended on pop-up windows. True, it is inconvenient in the end, in ion3 it was easier to open pop-ups in the same tile in the background.

You need dynamic window managers
Arch has a great wiki
