How to write a cover letter on upwork?

Hello.
I've been trying on upwork for more than a month, no result, 2 people answered, then merged. I read cover letter guides, I try to write personally for the client, if possible, but the output is zero. I am among the first to write, I have a portfolio, one completed order for 5 stars. Here is an example of my cover letter
Hello, dear Abir!
I hope this mail finds you well. I have read your post with interest, cause I am experienced illustrator and I love to draw people. I can create different portaits, from realistic to cartoonish, so I would be glad to draw sketch you need. I can draw in different styles, so if you provide me references, I will embody your idea in the way you see it. And of course, I will meet your timeline. Samples of my previous work are attached to the letter.
I'm glad to answer any questions you may have!
Thank you for your time

Less "Yakat" and immediately write essentially without a paragraph. The client sees only the first 2 lines when viewing the list of covers (see screenshot). Well, immediately copy-paste is visible on the screen, you write just like an Indian)

I agree with others, less water and immediately on the case you need to ask questions about this task - so the client sees that you really read his task and are interested.
Example: I have read, I need additional information from you to solve, what do you think ... ? Are there any references, similar solutions that you like? Any another question...
And another important tip that helped me at the beginning: I immediately did some piece of work in a cover letter, threw in a draft design either of the desired solution, and immediately showed "here is one of the options I can offer you like this drawing/solution/whatever". In this way, I received far more than one order, people were surprised that I had already done something, and not just promised to do it, and they often liked what I did.
