How to work with WebView

Advise how to do it, there is an xml resource on the Internet, I need to synchronize it in the background and display it in WebView. Without connecting to the Internet so that it also works. If you have an XML file, then why display it in a WebView? You can parse it, for example, using standard tools in the form of XmlPullParser or using jsoup, which you have already noticed, and calmly display the data in a View that is convenient for you.

Indeed, why display xml in a WebView?
Parse your feed as suggested in the first post.
From the disassembled. you get a link, open it in a WebView.
What would be offline - save in a local database, that's the only way.
