Where are cookies stored?

the work is carried out with the api web service, while during the initialization of the session, cookies are transmitted to the client, the location of which on the devices (pc, android, iphone) could not be determined.
The question is where can they be stored?
there are none in document.cookies!

Perhaps these are httponly cookies, but they are not available through scripts.
