What is the best way to make a simple frame application for an existing site in iPhone/Android?

I want to get an application for iphone very quickly, simply and with a minimum budget, from which you can view only 1 site (not even a single external link).
- put the application in the AppStore and see how many people from our database want to download it,
- give those who wish to put the application on the iPhone to get access to the service faster (so that you do not have to open the site in the browser every time).
No functionality is needed in the application - all functionality is implemented on the site.
Now in browsers, the web application asks for permission to determine geolocation. Will this functionality be preserved in the application, or is it necessary to additionally prescribe the ability to determine the geo-location of this application?
It is important that you can then upgrade the application to a full-fledged one.

In Android - show a WebView with a website in the main activity. From AndroidStudio, you can immediately create a project with a fullscreen activity and replace the template with a WebView.

I share the solution for those who subscribed to the question. I found an iPhone developer who has good references and is ready to do it in 2-3 days and 20 thousand rubles. without prepayment. There will be a couple of screens in the application itself (eg landing page, registration, QR code scanner), the rest is like a frame. I'll let you know what happens and how we go through the AppStore.
