Where to fix iPhone in St. Petersburg?

Dead iPhone 3gs - not charging. I rented a service center at 2 - they couldn’t fix it:
- on Vladimirskaya - they dynamized for a month, they didn’t do anything and pissed off the frame for
the SIM card - on Efimov - they dynamized for 1.5 months, they couldn’t fix it
In the latter they said that the circuits were working, but on the wiring board where It's short, but they can't find it.

Does anyone know a good master or a service center in St. Petersburg, where smart people sit?

PS As a last resort, I will sell for spare parts. parts or exchange for an unnecessary decent work tube.

I gave my 2g for a penny for the same reason. The new owner later dreamed of me for a long time with his phrase: “yes, I only soldered a piece of glass in the power chain from Nokia.”
