How to work with Excel from under .NET Core?

Good afternoon, Toaster specialists!
Can you please tell me how to work with Excel (create, read, may be conversation to PDF) on C# .NET Core? Perhaps not directly from the C# code, but with the help of some components (via the API) that are installed on linux (ubuntu)?
