Why does the worker in django on Ubuntu stop picking up the task queue for execution?

I run Ubuntu on the server through the screen worker and a number of other processes in other windows. Everything works fine for several hours, then suddenly the worker starts ignoring the queue of new scheduled tasks. At the same time successfully completing the current tasks. Interestingly, the screen window where the worker is running stops responding to Ctrl + C, the worker process can only be brutally killed. Where to dig? I'm new to Linux. On Windows, everything works like clockwork, apart from some memory leaks, at least a couple of weeks of continuous work is enough. Googling has so far turned up nothing for
Django 1.10.6

Well, everything is simple here, if you open devtools and look at how the styles of elements change, then everything will immediately become clear. When scrolling and reaching a certain position, the element is set to its height and width, as well as position:fixed; top: 0; left: 0; Thus, he is pressed to the top.
