How to work on foreign exchanges in Crimea?

Good day.
Tell me if there is an opportunity to work on foreign exchanges upwork.com, elance.com from the Crimea?
I didn’t manage to register on upwork at all, I registered on elance, found an interesting project, started talking with the customer, and here you are. I can't log in. I wrote in support, they answered, in general, that you are from the Crimea, and we comply with the laws.
Provide a page of your passport where it says that you do NOT live in Crimea or that you are a refugee.
Actually the question is how to be?
I suppose the option to create a new account and turn all traffic through VPS in Moscow.
However, will it help? Can a situation arise when my real address of residence may be required? And what are the possible complications in this case?

Feel free to use vpn, you won't need a real registration address.

Before acting, read the TOS - you will have to answer, not advisers

Find a temporary registration form on the Internet, fill in that you live in Moscow time, scan it and send it to them. Business something. I do not recommend creating a second account.

Find a person in another region on whose behalf you will work. So many people work with Adsence now, well, they give a small percentage of income

It is best to work through another freelancer. The profile is often asked to be 100 percent complete - this cannot be done without a real address, a phone number.
