How to work for a foreign employer with minimal financial losses?

Hello!
Perhaps someone was in the same situation. They were invited to work in an international company. Payment in foreign currency. They say that they will conclude an agreement with me, and then I myself figure out what taxes to pay where and how to withdraw it all (they advise individual entrepreneurs, but in general I can’t register at all, this will not affect the agreement). So I’m thinking about how best to arrange all this, so that there would be a sense of this event in general. Income less than 3,000,000 per year, one counterparty is a legal entity, of course, no subcontractors (for me).
As far as I understand, self-employment is the most profitable in this case?
Perhaps someone knows banks where it will be possible to open such an account for the self-employed with minimal monthly costs, and with minimal cash withdrawal costs? (roughly speaking, I only need it to receive money and withdraw and eat it up, I won’t save / transfer anything anywhere or do anything else), now I’m reading everything about it, but there are a lot of all sorts of services that I don’t need at all, well and of course, they remove commissions for each sneeze at each stage.
And do I understand correctly that I will constantly pay at the expense, for individual entrepreneurs / self-employment and for cash withdrawals, or will some other internal commissions fly away when transferring money from the employer or from something else?

Thanks in advance to everyone for the replies!

The patent can be reduced to insurance from this year
+ accounting about 10,000 per year.

You first wrote income up to 300,000. Then self-employment is more profitable. And then they corrected it by 3,000,000. Then only an individual entrepreneur, ideally with a patent. Vism correctly painted the amount for you . Banks popular among freelancers: Tochka, Modulbank, Tinkoff. Tariffs are in the region of 300-700r / month. Find out for yourself what works best for you.

If you fit into the criteria of self-employment in terms of income, then it will be the most inexpensive, in theory (but to be sure, estimate, 6% of the tax is how much in rubles? Compare with a patent for your type of activity - by the way, the type subject to a patent must be chosen VERY carefully, take only one, suitable and cheap). You can accept payments to the self-employed on any card of any bank, albeit on a virtual one. Just be careful not to get hurt by the sanctions, people have recently complained that they can't receive payments from Upwork to Sberbank for this reason.
In general, get yourself a virtual free one somewhere. Or use an existing debit / credit, then you can withdraw cash immediately, without commissions for withdrawal-transfers.
With IP, everything is more complicated, you have to sit there and calculate how profitable it is, there are many factors. Let's say the cost of a patent depends on the region...
