What is the easiest way to transfer money from paypal to payoneer. The method described in many articles with obtaining bank details from payoneer does not work. paypal insists on the details of a Russian bank.

PayPal won't let you link your payoneer account for withdrawals. Even if you register an account in the USA, Belize, etc. There are already many threads on their official forum with a similar question. The answer is about the same: they do not allow you to link cards or virtual bank accounts to your account (the pioneer is one). You can read about it here . All articles that were written in 2012-2013 about linking a pioneer to paypal can be skipped, as the information in them is outdated.
