As they say, the moped is not mine, I just want to help a person with advice. He is engaged in charitable work, really good - believe me. In order to continue, he needs to raise money. I recommended GoFundMe.com and similar crowdfunding platforms. But, suppose he opens a paypal account, how to withdraw from it in Ukraine? Preferably without big losses, because every penny he wants to spend on a good cause.

1. Charitable or not - it doesn't matter.
2. In Ukraine, the stick works only in one direction, you can’t withdraw money from there, and first of all, you can’t get it from someone.
3. Look for alternative methods - TransferWise, Skrill / Neteller and the like. Well, or if a legal entity / FOP, then you can utilize acquiring / LiqPay, they have a fashionable youth form of accepting payments, it works fine.
