How to withdraw funds from the left Upwork account to PayPal or Payoneer?

The bottom line is that I don’t have enough free connections for Upwork, and paid ones at such prices are at a loss (an average of 30 freelancers for 1 order worth 50 bucks).
I started a second account on the left name, I go to it from a virtual machine from another IP. Question - how to safely withdraw funds from that account?
With Paypal, as I understand it, you can have one paypal for several emails, but will the sender not see that all these emails belong to one person? Or will he not see the name of this person?
What about Payoneer? I haven’t activated the payoneer card yet and haven’t started upwork yet. Will the upwork see my full name when making a payment or activating a payment method?

He will see, regite paypal and pioneer to another person, if your scam is ever revealed, both accounts will be banned forever without the right to register new ones.
