How to wait for a free line in UCCX?

Hello!
Tell me how to make an adequate "busy" exception for "CallRedirect" in the .aef script - so that the music plays until the operator picks up the phone.
If you put just the Unhold step, then there is an expectation without music. If you set prompt after Unhold, then even if the line is free, you will have to wait for the end of prompt'a.
If you set the Hold -> Unhold -> GoTo CallRedirect step, then the music plays, but is interrupted every second, because the script starts to run along the entire chain.
Who can faced similar?

We set the signal "knock-knock-knock" for 8 seconds (in the sense of knock-knock-knock, then 7 seconds of silence), then checking for a free line, then again for 8 seconds. And the client hears that someone is alive, and the short cycle does not bother.
