How to view the contents of a POST request in Chrome?

Good afternoon.
The task is to send spam on the invisionboard forum in the LAN.
The list of nicknames is already ready, but the forum does not allow more than 6 nicknames at a time.
I want to send a test message to myself and see what kind of request is formed, so that I can then run it n thousand times through a python script.
How can I see the body of the request being sent?

Go to the developer console, select the Network tab, check the Preverse log box, send a message and see the result.
