How to view a report via API?

I have a saved report in my profile. All selection conditions are configured. Tell me, is it possible for me to contact this report specifically through the API? Or, when selecting through the API, do I set the filters manually?

Hello.
First, about the terminology: by a saved report I mean reports that are in the Customization list (in Russian, the item is called Customization). There just there is an opportunity to form a set of indicators that cannot be combined in ordinary reports.
There are also Shortcuts (Shortcuts) - there is the ability to save a regular report with a few additional settings.
There are 2 news.
The bad news is that it will be necessary to set all the necessary settings again through the API - they are not displayed in the URL.
Good - to facilitate the process, Google has done a lot:
https://ga-dev-tools.appspot.com/query-explorer/ - here you can construct your query, you must be logged into a google account in order to access segments that already configured in profiles.
You can also use the same query parameters to upload reports directly to Google.Docs tables using plugins from Google itself ( https://developers.google.com/analytics/solutions/... ) and for example from supermetrics.com/product/supermetrics -for-googledocs or https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/analytic...
PS A complete list of metrics and indicators that can be used to build reports via the API https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/ ...
