I want to sign up for the Google Partners program. Before this, I had no experience with online advertising, so I don’t quite understand how everything works. I would like to understand before registration.
I am registered in Ukraine as an individual entrepreneur. Does this category fall where - in an individual registration, or a company? If I, as an individual entrepreneur, use a trade name (NOT a registered trademark, in other words "commercial designation"), under this name, let's say, I have a registered "agency" website. Can I register it as a company (given that I am an individual entrepreneur)?

Yes, you can do this, even if it is not a legal entity.
