I'm going to register as a developer on Google Play and post the first application. I am looking for articles describing the experience of people who have already done this. Maybe someone has articles in their favorites on Habré, where everything is described from the beginning - registration, to profit. I am from Ukraine, there are some difficulties in registration, so the experience of Ukrainians is interesting first of all. Although the rest are also necessary.

Well, actually register, pay 25 bucks, the account starts working in a limited mode while the payment is being verified. If the Google wallet doesn’t like something, it can reject the payment and block. In the meantime, you fill in the apk, fill in the fields. When the payment goes through, the account is activated - press the "publish" button.
Ukraine is not in the list of countries where seller accounts are available. Those. You cannot sell or make internal sales.
